The property is a townhouse with a large kitchen and living area, garden, braai place and parking. You have access to all appliances in the kitchen, laundry and lounge. There is one parking space for you and your internet, water, electricity, and all other bills are included. There are 2 cats who live in the house so please no other pets allowed. You have your own bathroom with a shower, toilet and bath. Somerset Lakes Estate is a secure and beautiful estate with a huge lake to walk around. There is a pool and the community are friendly and responsible. The rental is month to month and while there is no deposit, a contract will be signed for any damages incurred during tenancy.
