Obs offers a residential lifestyle (and the space that comes with it), lots of green spaces and access to parks, and at the same time, also gives you the vibey feeling of the CBD. The property is a 2-minute walk from the popular Lower Main Road, with lots of restaurants and shops on offer. Obs is super central, with easy access to the M3 and M5, and a stone’s throw away from the CBD. There are many grocery stores in walking distance, and a fancy Checkers a short drive/cycle down the road. It’s also super close to Groote Schuur, so this property can work very well for medical professionals.
It’s a large house, with a spacious living area, an amazing kitchen, a beautiful courtyard and 2 bathrooms. The house is fully furnished, except the bedrooms on offer, including a dishwasher, washing machine and big TV. You’re also obviously welcome to add your touch to the home. There’s a side access with a super secure gate, which is perfect for storing things like a bicycle. Even more exciting, there are 3 off-street parking bays for normal-sized cars! Very rare in this area. The property is also very secure.
As you will notice from the pictures, my two little kitties, will be your furry housemates. Unfortunately, no further pets are allowed on the property.
The rent includes water, and we would split on electricty, internet and a cleaning lady.
