You are: • Clean and hygienic- you wash your own dishes promptly, keep the bathroom tidy after use, and don’t leave mess behind • Respectful of shared spaces- you understand that the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom are common zones that need constant care • Quiet and private- you value peace and low noise levels, especially during evenings and early mornings • Financially reliable- you pay your rent on time, every time, without reminders or delays Cleaning Arrangement (Non-Negotiable): • Cleaning of common areas (kitchen, dining, bathroom, and living space) is done alternately between us • Thorough cleaning is expected – this means mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning the toilet and basin, taking out rubbish, and keeping the space spotless • If you or I are unable to do our share of deep cleaning, we will split the cost of a hired cleaning service to ensure the home stays pristine
