This is a freshly renovated, executive-style home in a quiet, secure crescent in Blouberg Sands - one of Cape Town’s most sought-after coastal suburbs.

You’ll have access to a private swimming pool and borehole-fed garden on a spacious 594m² erf, modern tiling and warm laminate flooring throughout, and fibre that’s already installed and active, so you can move in and start working from day one. Access-controlled gate, quiet secure crescent, plus a double garage and off-street parking.

You’re minutes from Blouberg beachfront, Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital, and the main business routes - great if you want coastal living without sacrificing convenience. Two room options are available (a private studio wing with direct pool access, or a bedroom with built-in cupboards and aircon plus an adjoining office), so you can pick what suits your lifestyle best.

About the roomies

I’m Peter, a Senior IT Support Engineer with 20+ years in the industry — currently working full-time, so the house is quiet and settled during the week. I’m tidy, respectful of privacy, and easy to live alongside; I mostly keep to myself outside of the shared spaces. I also have two of the friendliest, house-trained pitbulls who are part of the household — they’re extra well-behaved but I want to be upfront about them so you can decide if that’s a good fit for you.
