A furnished room in a beautiful fully furnished house in Flamingo Vlei, Table View, is available to rent for a working, professional female. You will be sharing with 2 other ladies. Must not be a work from home lady. Shared communal areas: lounge, kitchen, dining room, garden, braai area. Includes water and electricity (fair usage), plus domestic once per week for communal areas. Wifi is available at an additional cost. No pets allowed. Room available from 1 August 2026 1 month deposit payable equal to the rent amount (R7000), payable before move in, together with signed contract. 3 month initial probation period. Lease will be reviewed after that. Rent to be paid on or before 28th of each month. I am not the landlady. I am moving out, and advertising for my present room. Please dm me to discuss further
