Preferably non smokers, who can tolerate dogs, and ocassionally young children in the garden. Initially short contract. Location: Door de Kraal, Welgemoed North. Close to Kenridge, Tygervalley, Willowbridge centre. Granny flatlet. Large room with kitchenette, built in braai, tiled, and separate bathroom. Room partially furnished, but can remove most furnishings and appliances. Furnishings can include, double bed, desk, table, futon/couch fridge/freezer, defy standalone gas - elec stove with 9kg gas cylinder. microwave, airfryer, crockery, curtains, loose carpets, gas heater or econo heater, smoke alarm, fire extinguiser. Some bedding if needed. Separate entrance, separate from main house. Wifi maybe, but not a given and guarantee. Washing machine maybe available. Outdoor washing line available. No tumble drying on property. Roomies to use laundry service if needed instant washing and drying services. Parking initially off street, because busy installing driveway gates etc. Rent negotiable. Place is for one roomie. However open to discuss couple or 2 persons renting flatlet. Visitors welcome, however visitors staying for long period/days/weeks, roomie to contribute to electricity and water usage by visitor.

Owner stay in 3 bedroom mainhouse, and speaks Afrikaans and English. Two persons fulltime at main house. 2 dogs: Small and medium size, rescue dogs. Do get ocassionally visitors over weekends.

Roomie of flatlet is responsible for cleaning of place during stay, and refilling of 9kg gas for defy gas stove. It cost about 350 and last about 3 months.
