Looking for queer roommate to share 2 Bedroom Apartment in Rosebank, semi furnished (Can be discussed.) Apartment has shared living room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a small balcony. Water and electricity is not included, wifi is already covered by me. Have a cleaner that comes in once a week. Payment for cleaner will be discussed and shared. Total rent is R12800, split 50/50 is R6400 payable.
