Hi all, I am advertising my very spacious room suitable for a male/female student or young working professional in a 3 bedroom Victorian apartment shared with 2 lovely male roommates in Woodstock. The rent comes to R6700 (excluding WiFi, utilities & electricity) - which amount to approximately R800 extra monthly.
