About the room

I have two unfurnished Bedrooms available. Preferably for gay professional male in a house share arrangement. The bathroom will have to be shared by 2 individuals. Common share areas will include The open plan Lounge ,dining and kitchen areas, garden etc.. The premises offer safe parking with remote control access. I would prefer people who are on the quiet side during the week and keep the partying etc. for weekends. You can offcoarse have your guests over whenever you’d like. Dinners can be supplied every evening at R450 per week.

About the roomies

It will only be myself living in my bedroom with my own bathroom. I am an entrepreneur always kind of busy, so roomies will have two decent sized bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
