Furnished double bedroom comes with a 3-4 bed for a SINGLE person. Youtube streaming and web browsing available during daytime. Optional free unfurnished room to be used as a private lounge or study. Parking for 1 vehicle in front of garage
Tenant is responsible for keeping the room clean and dishwashing when food has been prepared in the kitchen by the tenant. There’s space for a front loader washing machine in the scullery.
About the roomies
The house owner occupies the other bedroom in the house and is responsible for the caretaking of the property.
