Access to the complex is strictly controlled to ensure safety and privacy; visitors are required to be granted entry via a dial-in system by their host, while residents enjoy convenient biometric access through fingerprint scanning. The unit is situated on the first floor and offers a practical and comfortable living space. It comprises two bedrooms, a small storage room, a full bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as an open-plan kitchen and lounge area that creates a seamless flow for everyday living. The living area extends onto a private balcony, providing additional space for relaxation. There is no wifi though but that can be sorted. Your bedroom is well-proportioned and can comfortably accommodate a double or queen-sized bed. It also features a window that allows for natural light and ventilation, enhancing the overall sense of comfort and liveability.

The property is currently occupied by myself only. I am a free-spirited individual who values mutual respect, personal space, and clear boundaries, and I extend the same consideration to others that I expect in return. I do work from home on occasion, and I also occasionally host a few friends in a relaxed and respectful manner. The home remains generally quiet and well-managed, and there is ample space and flexibility should you also work remotely or require a comfortable environment to do so.
