Unbeatable safety and security: The property is located just two houses away from the local security company headquarters. There are active patrols, dedicated security guards actively patrol the street. We are situated a mere three houses away from the police station.

You will be sharing the home with two working professionals: Property Manager (Myself): I work full-time as a campaign organizing manager for a non-profit. I am out of the house all day, returning in the evenings. My weekends are often busy with work or personal obligations, but I am available when needed to handle any property matters.

Roommate: A respectful, exceptionally neat young man in his twenties. He works full-time at a nearby restaurant, keeps a very busy schedule, and mostly uses the house just to sleep. overall, it is a very quiet, tidy, and peaceful home environment.
