I am a 34-year-old private guide currently in the process of starting a new company and am looking for a place to live and work from. I am very considerate of shared spaces, extremely clean and have the EQ to know when to keep it down but am also up for a chat when the time is right, for example if we are cooking a shared meal or just hanging out. I will be out and about for a surf whenever possible as well as various other outdoor missions to hike and explore. Job opportunities that arise may take me away for several days at a time but they will be intermittent. I’ll be looking to rent from month to month.
